The hangar party 2026: Salute Under the Stars
The Hangar Party is Rose City Airfest's kickoff event, and our way of saying thank you to the sponsors, supporters, and performers who make this airshow possible.
Set against the celebration of America's 250th birthday, this red, white, and blue affair is equal parts gratitude and purpose. Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour, dinner, a special program, and an ALL-NEW Drone show from inside the BA Aviation Hangar.
The evening will include performances by the U.S. Air Force Band of the West Rock Band and local musician Dustin Becker, an introduction to CampV's mission, recognition of distinguished local Veteran heroes, and a stunning drone light show finale that will illuminate the East Texas night sky.
Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with Rose City Airfest performers; the pilots, crews, and athletes who bring the show to life.
Funds raised support CampV and the East Texas Veterans and military families it proudly serves. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance; no tickets will be available at the door.
Dress to impress in your best red, white, and blue chic attire.

SALUTE A VETERAN FUNDRAISER
Honor a Veteran in your life, past or present.
Every hero deserves to be remembered. This year, we're inviting attendees to salute the Veterans and service members who shaped our families and our freedom; living or passed, active duty or retired.
For $50, you can nominate a Veteran to be featured in our Veteran Tribute Reel, playing on the big screen during the Hangar Party. Their name, photo, and story will be seen by the whole crowd, a moment of recognition in front of friends, family, and fellow patriots.
You'll also receive a printed keepsake with your Veteran's photo and details, ready for pickup at the check-in table. It's something you can hold onto, hand down, or display with pride, a small tribute for someone who gave so much.
Whether it's a son currently serving overseas, a daughter who just finished basic training, or a grandparent whose service we still carry with us, this is your chance to honor them.
Salutes must be received by September 30, 2026.

This event will take place rain or shine. Every effort will be made to ensure performers fly. As the primary fundraiser for CampV® in support of East Texas military Veterans, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. IF tickets are available, exchanges may be possible, but refunds will NOT be issued. Ticket insurance is available for purchase during checkout.
